These terms apply when you use hackyworld.com, its courses and live classes, or a mock test portal run by HackyWorld. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.
1. Your account
- Give your real name and an e-mail address you own; we verify it with a code before the account is created.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- One account per person. Sharing an account or its paid content is not allowed.
2. Ethical use of security training
Our cybersecurity courses teach techniques used by attackers so that you can defend against them. Use them only on systems you own or have written permission to test. Any unauthorised access, attack or misuse is illegal and is your own responsibility; we close accounts that misuse the training.
3. Courses, live classes and certificates
- Course videos, notes and test papers are for your personal learning. Do not copy, record, resell or publish them.
- Certificates are issued for completed courses and can be checked on our website with their code.
- We may update or improve course content over time.
4. Payments
Prices are shown on each course and plan page and are paid through Razorpay. A plan gives access for the period shown. For billing problems or refund requests, write to info@hackyworld.com with your order details.
5. Mock test software for academies
Academies rent the mock test software under a separate plan agreed with HackyWorld. The academy manages its own students and content and is responsible for having permission to add its students' data. Students of an academy use the portal under that academy's rules.
6. Acceptable use
Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the website, access other people's data, upload harmful files, or post abusive or illegal content in chats and forms.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service secure and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, HackyWorld is not liable for indirect losses from using the website.
8. Ending an account
You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
